We are pleased to welcome our newest team member and executive director, Rhonda Otteson! Rhonda joins us from Willmar, Minnesota and will start on October 1st. She will be at the second day of the MCH Annual Conference (September 18); if you’re attending stop and say hello.

Previously, Rhonda was the Executive Director of The Link of Northern Kandiyohi County and spent almost ten years working at Heartland Community Action Agency where she oversaw state and federal housing programs that served people experiencing homelessness. Rhonda has a bachelor’s degree in sociology from St. Cloud State University and a Master of Advocacy & Political Leadership from the University of Minnesota Duluth. Rhonda lives in Willmar, Minnesota, and recently sent both of her daughters to college: one is a Piper and one is a Gopher.
A note from Rhonda:
“I’m excited about being a part of a statewide organization that is committed to empowering and engaging people that care about housing instability and affordability. Increasing public investment in housing and services that addresses housing instability—ultimately making a long-term impact for children, families, adults, seniors and veterans across Minnesota.”
Join us in welcoming Rhonda to the MCH team!
