Homelessness in MN: Regional Efforts & New Opportunities

RSVP for Homelessness in MN: Regional Efforts & New Opportunities on August 29th at this link: https://bit.ly/44Z5DDp

On August 29th from 10:00 – 11:30 am (over Zoom), join the MN Coalition for the Homeless and partners to hear from different regions of the State’s plans and progress regarding their efforts towards creating or improving their homeless response system. We will have a variety of speakers that are far along their plans, in the middle of their plans and just getting started. There will be ample time for questions as well. You can RSVP through this link: https://bit.ly/44Z5DDp

We are hosting this event due to the legislature investing in ending homelessness in a way that they have NEVER done before. This presents a unique opportunity to turn hopes and dreams into reality. We have advocated together for years for this to happen and now it is on us to show what can happen with increased resources. This is open to anyone that wants to attend because it will take everyone to ensure we create and implement the best plan possible.

Once you RSVP, you will receive a confirmation email with Zoom information (be sure to check your spam folder). If you have any questions, contact Matt Traynor at matt@mnhomelesscoalition.org. If you are unable to attend, we will be recording it and sharing it on our YouTube page: @mnhomelessco

Note: If you are RSVPing specifically in regards to Shelter Capital Funding – this will be addressed but the hope is to cover a more comprehensive approach rather than explicitly about these funds. You can access a list of architects who expressed interest in being a resource and/or are listed under MN Housing’s website by clicking here.
