We live in difficult times. The recession continues to hobble our economy, foreclosures remain rampant, tornados and floods have devastated communities, unemployment is too high, government funding is being cut at all levels. Homeless service providers have been doing more with less for a long time. The 2011 Conference will focus on creating strong communities through innovative practices and partnerships.
