In July, the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless (MCH) joined the Election Day Community Coalition, a non-partisan collaborative of over twenty-five community and faith based organizations who have come together to increase civic engagement & voter turn out in historically low voter turn out districts in Minneapolis and surrounding communities during the 2008 Election cycle.
MCH is honored to be a part of the Coalition and excited to bring the voices of people experiencing homelessness into the Coalition’s invaluable work to enfranchise voters in traditionally low-voter turn out areas.
