Join the Coalition

The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is comprised of over 150 member organizations across the state. Members pay annual dues between $150 and $1,000 per year based on organizational budget size.

The Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless is the only statewide advocacy group in Minnesota fighting for the entire continuum of homeless and economic safety net services: prevention through a strong safety net and economic supports; outreach; shelter; transitional housing; supportive housing; and permanent affordable housing. Your membership dues help the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless:

  • Educate the public on the causes and consequences of homelessness and the public safety net
  • Advocate on the federal, state, and local level
  • Partner with local communities on developing local solutions
  • Fight for low-income families, homeless youth, victims of domestic violence, and single adults
  • Ensure that public policies and funding reach people on reservations and in rural areas as well as urban and suburban communities

We are visionary. We know ending homelessness is possible. We are bold. We lead to make systemic change. We make a difference. We win on issues to build a movement. As a member of the Minnesota Coalition for the Homeless, you become part of the movement making a lasting change across the state.
